The Careertasu Job Hunting Forum Tokyo venue was fun.

This is Onoue!

On Saturday, May 16, I participated in the CareerTAS Job Hunting Forum
as part of the Hiroshima Urban Area UIJ Turn Promotion Council project booth!

Since there were only 8 companies in the online preliminary briefing session,

I thought, “Maybe it’s not that big… Will people actually come?”

But I had seriously underestimated Tokyo Big Sight.

Until the day of the event, I expected many Hiroshima-based companies to be exhibiting
and many people interested in UIJ turn employment to attend,

but it turned out completely different.

Looking around, there were companies like JAL, Sumitomo Mitsui, and Oriental Land.
Yoshinoya even had a food truck, and Shiseido was offering personal color diagnostics.

There were so many impressive companies that I felt like
“Even if zombies took over the outside world, I could survive for a year in here.”

So I started wondering… what would happen to ITSP in a place like this?

Would anyone come?

But surprisingly, several people came to our booth from early in the morning.

Not only that, some even said, “Oh, ITSP. That’s a company in Shimane, right?”

Unlike major companies, we didn’t have banners, clear files, or even pens prepared.

Even so, through steadily working in a regional area,
we’ve reached a point where a small number of people recognize our company and talk with us.

To everyone who came to listen to our company presentation and exchanged business cards with us—

thank you very much.

Someday, I hope people will say,
“Oh, ITSP! Let’s go hear them!”

We’ll keep working hard until that day comes!

P.S.
An older guy with a bandage on his nose, a hoarse voice, and barely able to speak properly—
that must have been scary, right? Sorry about that.
I’m usually cuter, so please don’t worry.
